One to one psychotherapy sessions designed for your needs

Flexibility and adaptability are at the core of our practice, which is why we are happy to design and facilitate one-to-one psychotherapy sessions both in person and online

Experienced in working with a diverse range of clients (18+) and presentations, we have welcomed an array of neurotypical and neurodivergent brains into our practice.

We enjoy being a sensitive companion during our clients’ self-exploration, and are privileged to facilitate them in befriending their minds too.

We have worked with a diversity of people suffering from:

  • Loss, grief and bereavement
  • Those navigating family estrangement, 
  • Separation, isolation and addiction (alcohol, drug and online)
  • Those experiencing anxiety, depression and anger management issues

 

We have explored the impact of transitions and cultural differences, as well as workplace toxicity, chronic stress, exam pressure, burnout and bullying. In conjunction with this, we have also encountered and continue to work with, those who have suffered sexual abuse and trauma, in a highly-sensitive and ethical manner.
